June 4, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #45 Title APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL REPORTS ENDING APRIL 30, 2013 Description The Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending April 30, 2013 does not reflect any unexpected trends for the fourth quarter of the 2012-2013 fiscal year.  Deficit spending will continue to increase because of the budgeted decrease in fund balance in the General Fund due to continuing State cuts and decreases in local revenue. Recommendation That the Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending April 30, 2013 be approved by the Board as presented.
